A lot of people feel like, now more than over, manners are dead. But the truth this is actually the time that manners mean the most! In a world dominated by social media, phones, and skype, manners will set you apart from the rest, and help you make an impression.
Below are the 14 mistakes that I see people around me making all the time. If you can avoid these, you will already be well on your way to giving an impression that will set you apart from the crowd.
But most importantly, focus on making other people feel good through the use of good manners. People will forget many things about you, but never the way you make them feel, so always focus on making other people feel great in every encounter you have with them.
